About the incubator programme

Mälardalen Startup Hub is a joint initiative that strengthens innovative companies with high growth potential in Västmanland and Sörmland. The region has deep roots in energy, technology, manufacturing, and innovation, as well as a growing ecosystem of ambitious companies. The drive and potential are already yours. Our role is to support, challenge, and guide you as you take the next step.

Through a focused and highly selective incubator programme, we provide qualified support to companies that are in, or approaching, a growth phase. Our model is built around a venture-first approach, in which the capital journey is used as a tool to build strong, scalable, and competitive companies.

We work closely with each company throughout the process, from an assessment of its current position and the prioritization of key initiatives to preparation for investor dialogue and capital raising. The focus is on investability, market validation, and capital attraction as means of realizing the company’s vision and long-term potential.
